Firefox - Restore Previous Session - problem with downloads.rdf

In Firefox, whenever I used "Restore Previous Session", it would restore any windows I had open BUT, it would always open a download dialog to download a torrent file I went to days ago. I do remember that I force closed Firefox the first day, and then it always came back ever since. I ignored it thinking it would go away. Whenever I needed to restore windows, they would always restore, but it would also open this download dialog.

I ended up using Grep (you don't need to know this) to search within all files for the torrent file name and it came up with downloads.rdf.

I simply force closed firefox and moved downloads.rdf out to my desktop and relaunched Firefox and it worked!

downloads.rdf was my problem....is it yours too?
